Located in a private estate in the area of Puertito de Güímar, it is ideal for couples seeking tranquility, disconnection, and an authentic local experience, away from the more touristy areas.

Despite its natural and secluded setting, the property has good connections to the metropolitan area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as well as large supermarkets and other highly valued coastal areas such as Tabaiba and Radazul, all within a short drive.

The studio is distributed into two distinct areas. On one side, there is a living space with a sofa, TV, and a small kitchenette equipped with the essentials, including a portable cooking hob. On the other, a separate area where you’ll find the double bed along with the toilet, shower, and sink.

The bathroom is integrated within this sleeping area, without full separation, so it’s important to take this layout into account before booking. This configuration is particularly comfortable for couples, who are the ideal guests for this accommodation.

The sofa bed is available as an additional option, mainly intended for children or occasional use, although the recommended capacity of the studio is two people for a more comfortable stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy a shared terrace with a solarium area, barbecue, and space for outdoor dining. A washing machine is also available in this shared area.

The property is located within a private estate where the owners reside, in a local and family-oriented environment. It is surrounded by nature and just a few minutes from the sea, Puertito de Güímar and its square with bars and a relaxed atmosphere, as well as the yacht club. Although close to these points, the estate is set in a more secluded area, ensuring peace and a more authentic experience.

Guests will have full access to the studio as well as the shared outdoor areas. There is also the option to rent the main apartment within the same estate, ideal for groups or families traveling together who want to share space while maintaining some independence.

Puertito de Güímar is a coastal area with a relaxed, local atmosphere, known for its volcanic beaches, mild climate year-round, and proximity to unique natural spaces such as the Malpaís de Güímar. Unlike the more tourist-heavy areas in the south of the island, here you can enjoy a slower pace and a more authentic connection with the surroundings.

Access and transport

It is recommended to have a car to reach the property. Access includes approximately 1 km of unpaved dirt road, which is passable but different from a standard road. You can drive up to the entrance to unload luggage, and parking is available about 200 meters from the property. This type of access is part of the natural setting of the estate, so it’s important to take it into account before booking.
